Inside you will find an oversize 14x10 foot library with fireplace, a perfect office set for branding, a dreamy loft-style bed, unique wall finishings, and a large selection of curated designer furniture. 7 large windows wrap around the studio and a warm neutral palette makes this space the perfect setting for any production.
But that’s not all! Within the same space you’ll find a fully functioning studio space with 1500 square feet that includes a commercial washroom, a 48x21 foot shooting area, and a pro-grade hair & make-up station, 9 foot seamless backdrop system and behind the sound deadened walls is a fully rewired electrical system built to keep up with the most demanding equipment. Speaking of equipment, we have all your lighting needs covered in house. We have ample gear to cover both photo and video productions if needed as well as knowledgeable staff that will help set it up.

We have created 3 distinct packages that offer the absolute best value for studio space in the Greater Toronto Area. Our packages offer more hours AND cost less than other studios. Whether your project is big or small we have the right package for you.

Once you’ve found an open day and time that works for you click the booking button to get started reserving your date with our automated system. It will take down all your information, what you need, and will process payment instantly. You’ll receive a confirmation email for your booking and we will even send you a reminder 24 hours before your shoot time.
Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds. Cancellations more than 48 hours from the start time of your booking will have the option to re-book the session one time at no extra charge. Cancellations on re-bookings are final. If we receive under 48 hours notice of a cancellation no refunds or re-booking option will be issued.

We have a large selection of lighting equipment available at the studio to provide you with all the options you need to bring your vision to life. We also carry 9 foot seamless paper in a wide range of colors to suit any project. Seamless paper is available at $8/foot for the portion you step on. We carry both video and photography lighting.
